Your director makes all of the IT decisions, and CJB Technology implements them. The agreement is for a set number of hours per month, with any hours over the limit billed at a discounted rate. Since payment terms will be pre-arranged, your whole entire staff will have access to the CJB Technology support team for both remote and on-site computer and IT support.
